            <description><![CDATA[There has been a hardware failure within a core storage platform related to CAMPBELL CLOUD. Our infrastructure is still operating as expected. As a result, we will be performing emergency maintenance to resolve the issue in short order to ensure the failure does not have additional impacts. Under normal circumstances, preventative maintenance would be scheduled; however, this issue has been deemed critical due to its potential impact. As a result, we are unable to provide our usual advanced notice of upcoming maintenance. Our CAMPBELL CLOUD support teams will be coordinating and performing the required maintenance on CAMPBELL CLOUD today, Tuesday May 9, 2023 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM (MDT). Access to the CAMPBELL CLOUD platform will continue to function as expected. Some functionality including that of image handling and measurement updates will be delayed during the maintenance window but will continue to flow and get updated once the maintenance has been completed.
